Indulge in the flavors of Tuscan and California wines as we explore:

  • The rich history and diversity, terroir, climate of Tuscan wine.

  • Wine making methods in both Italian DOC/DOCG and California

  • Sampling a selection of fine Tuscan (Vermentino, Sangiovese, Chianti & Bolgheri Rosso) and equivalent Californian wines side by side in a blind taste.

  • A four course Tuscan Style dinner to pair will be served.
